The Library welcomes feedback about any aspect of its services or facilities. Your comments are valuable to us and will help us to measure the effectiveness of our performance and to improve services to our users.

There are various ways you can give us feedback:

• online feedback form (below)
• visitor comments book (Library Enquiry Hall)
• visitor comments forms (Library Reception, Library Enquiry Desk, Rare Materials Reading Room, and other parts of Wellcome Collection)
• recommend a book for purchase (Library Enquiry Desk or email your suggestion – library@wellcome.ac.uk).

Your message will be forwarded to an appropriate member of staff for attention. Should you require a response, we will reply to you within ten working days.
