Living in balance

The second section looks at the various factors that can have a positive or negative effect on health: occupations, recreational pursuits, cultural activities, behaviour, diet and exercise. To ensure good health and to prevent disease from developing, it is important to lead a balanced lifestyle. Exercise is of paramount importance, especially for those systems that control the breath and harmonise the physical and spiritual aspects of the self.
