The Wellcome Library is currently implementing a digitisation strategy to deliver a large-scale digitisation programme from 2007 to 2011. By increasing access to its collections through digitisation, the Library will be able to meet user expectations and provide better services, greatly expanding its research potential.
The Wellcome Library is working to ensure the acquisition, preservation and permanent access of digital materials such as emails, datasets, word processed documents or spreadsheets. These pages talk about our work and provide information about how we manage these materials.

The first records from the project to catalogue this immense archive are now available.
A project to make available, via the Library's website and to the widest possible audience, a catalogue of the newly-acquired scientific papers of Francis Crick.
